This PR improves the rendering of GroovyDoc tags by adding support for more common tags like
@author,@see,@code,@linkand@version. Groovydoc shown by the extension will now more closely resemble the HTML that is generated when creating GroovyDoc sites. This means you may need to add some<p>to fix spacing that used to work but no longer does.GroovyDoc comments have also been added to SignatureHelp, which means the docString is now displayed after you type a function/method name and
