QT locale - change mentions of satoshi to digibit #220

Also change sats to dbits, BTC to DGB etc.
I have done my best. For situations where the word 'satoshi' was used as in in the translated language I have been able to simply replace it with 'digibit' but there remain several languages that have their own translation of 'satoshi', and so I have not been able to do so.

I have done my best. For situations where the word 'satoshi' was used verbatim in the translated language, I have been able to simply replace it with 'digibit' but there remain several languages that have their own translation of 'satoshi', and so I have not been able to do so.
In short, to ensure an accurate translation they would need to be reviewed by a native speakers for each language.
