GUI fixes by replacing icons and improving the splash screen #114

DigiByte UI fixes

This PR repairs the icons displayed in the DigiByte Core Qt Client by migrating the icons from the Bitcoin upstream repo and changing its primary color. Moreover, the copyright year was bumped from 2021 to 2023.

While those changes are sufficient for the 8.22 release, my suggestion is to redesign the icons used in the GUI client moving forward.
