The sonarcloud workflow requires an auth key, so will not work with PRs from forks, which we want to support. We will therefore skip that job when the PR is from a fork.

Just to quickly document the reasons: The sonarcloud workflow requires an auth key, so will not work with PRs from forks, which we want to support. We will therefore skip that job when the PR is from a fork.
