Crew Manifest is misaligned and narrow

Description

#2647 expands the overall width of the crew manifest, but does not resize the Late Join popup to accommodate the extra space needed.

It also causes the tables to be misaligned, with each department being a different width and reducing overall readability.

In some cases, the pronouns field is given no right-side padding at all, causing the job and pronouns fields to run right up against one another.

Additional context
It may be time to consider making the PDA window larger as well. The APDAs have a taller screen according to their sprite, and the pronouns display is best presented in such a way that does not come at the expense of readability.
