This PR updates the library such that it now uses the
datadog-ruby_core_sourceRuby gem.Motivation:
Backport change from #4014 . This update will reduce the size of the gem, as
datadog-ruby_core_sourceonly includes support for Ruby versions 2.5, 3.3, and 3.4 - more info here.Additional Notes:
