As we decided in DASH-IF f2f in May, we will transition vm2.dashif.org to livesim.dashif.org.
SSL certificates for both domains are now on the server. vm2 will be removed in 6 months or something like that.
Therefore we can now change all the URLs in reference player which is done in this PR.
Also changed some links from livesim-dev to livesim, since the functionality is no longer only on the dev version.
