Bump copyright

Note that our internal policy is to use the Apache License v2 [1] for permissively licensed works (purely because it's more tried). It's trivial to relicense MIT work as Apache-2.0 but still not really worth the effort here. [1] http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0
