You could send a PR that changes the main |
The last time I sent a PR changing the README was one year ago tomorrow :-D Which is fine, projects come and go, no worries. But this project has such a high position in Google search results, that it might be nice to mark its status more clearly, one way or another. |
Also crypto-hash. And yes, please, merge that PR, so I immediately know that I need to look elsewhere. Thanks |
No releases since May 2016, no commits since September 2016, with 62 open issues and 37 open PRs. Author is unresponsive: DaGenix/rust-crypto#440 Advisory includes a large list of maintained "successor" crates: `rust-crypto` was a kitchen sink of functionality, so the advisory contains a list of potential successor crates each with an algorithm-by-algorithm breakdown of what they support.
Note: Unless we hear otherwise, we are going to officially start tracking this crate as unmaintained in the RustSec Advisory Database: |
