Explore > economic impacts: intro sentence should show %/$ #1044

For the economic impact visualizations, the %/$ select doesn't show in the intro sentence so people don't know which is being viewed. The intro sentences, for example, should say GDP from extractives in the entire U.S. as a percent of total GDP (2013) (...or something better)

Overtaken by events. We restructured the way the explore data sections look and are coded, so this is no longer relevant.
