What version of the DMPRoadmap code are you running? (e.g. v2.2.0) production dmponline.be in october 2024

Expected behaviour: enable the DMProadmap feature functionality to collapse Comments & Guidance, with the vertical tab in a contrasting color

DCC-DMPonline_comments guidance

This is input received via a survey to all Flemish research institutes conducted by the FOSB Project Group DMP in 2024

Actual behaviour: Comments & Guidance cannot be collapsed and do not have a distinct color

Steps to reproduce: Open a plan with question based guidance
