Introduce 'Grow Your Own' Laws for Legal Medical Cannabis Patients (CBPM)

We think patients prescribed 'CBPM' by a medical specialist should be allowed to maintain 3-6 flowering plants (with extra considerations for starting new seedlings).

'GYO' registration database could be maintained via local council, notifying police of local medical grows – similar to Canadian setup.
There are 45,000 legal medical cannabis patients across the UK, prescribed primarily bud/flower or refined oil extracts. Some patients face severe financial difficulty affording their prescription.
Many patients are unable to work, and are forced to turn to cheaper illicit sources due to affordability. "Grow Your Own" is available to cannabis patients in many other countries for this very reason, and we think must also be considered in the UK via a change to Home Office licensing/scheduling.

Ban higher car insurance premiums for over 70s based on age

Parliament must review the exclusion of financial services from the age discrimination provisions of the Equality Act. We think over 70's should not routinely, based upon their age, be charged more for car insurance than any other sector of society.

We think the "signposting" agreement between the government and the insurance industry is a failure. 85% of people aged 80 PLUS are NOT signposted to alternative insurers, when refused a quote. We believe many 80 plus adults are not offered competitive alternative quotes when using online search tools. We think it is discriminatory for this age group to be requested to pay more than other drivers. We believe this increases the stress, isolation and financial hardship of the elderly.

Introduce a compensation scheme for WASPI women

We call on the Government to fairly compensate WASPI women affected by the increases to their State Pension age and the associated failings in DWP communications.

We want the Government to urgently respond to PHSO report and set up a compensation scheme by 21 March 2025.
In March 2024, the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman said 1950s-born women were owed financial redress and an apology due to DWP maladministration.
The Ombudsman’s findings were backed by the cross-party Work and Pensions Select Committee, hundreds of MPs and, according to our polling, 68% of the public. However, only the Government has the power to put this injustice right.
We have calculated that with one affected woman dying every 13 minutes, there is no time for further delay.

Update the dangerous dogs act to specifically protect horses

Dog owners to face penalties proportionate to the incident if their dog causes a nuisance to, terrorises or attacks a horse when in public.
Introduce a leash law for dogs when in the presence of horses to reduce incidents and injuries for the horses, horse riders, dogs and wider public.

We believe current legislation does not give sufficiently clear guidance when it comes to dog attacks on horses, which we think leaves a grey area many equestrians have fallen into with little to no help from the police. In our view, out of control dogs and dog attacks are becoming more frequent as the dog population grows, putting many lives at risk.

Ban non-stun slaughter in the UK

In modern society, we believe more consideration needs to be given to animal welfare and how livestock is treated and culled.
We believe non-stun slaughter is barbaric and doesn't fit in with our culture and modern-day values and should be banned, as some EU nations have done.

In a landmark case, the European Court of Human Rights has ruled that a ban on the ritual slaughter of animals without prior stunning does not violate the ECHR.
The Court considered that the protection of public morals, to which Article 9 of the Convention referred was not indifferent to the living environment of individuals covered by its protection and including animals.

Lower the English language test exemption age for BNO visa holders from 65 to 60

We propose allowing individuals over 60 to provide proof of active participation in ESOL courses in place of a formal test when applying for settlement. This adjustment would offer more support to elderly BNO visa holders.

This group could face unique challenges – many may have left lifelong homes and careers in Hong Kong, often with limited English skills. This policy could enable elderly individuals to stay with family, support childcare, and allow younger members to work and contribute to the UK’s economy. We believe accepting ESOL attendance as an alternative recognizes the dedication of elderly migrants willing to learn English, and could foster a more compassionate, inclusive immigration system.

Change the law so those on life sentence for murder are not eligible for release

I would like the law changed so that for anyone who is found guilty of murder, including murder of a child, and is sentenced to life, it will be for their whole life with no chance of parole, rather than them being considered for release after a particular period.

I think our laws need to be changed so that if you kill someone you get a 'whole of life' jail sentence.

Make GCSE exams free for home educated children under 18

We believe all children, regardless of their educational setting, deserve equal opportunities to access higher education and employment. We think that charging fees for GCSE exams for home-educated children creates an unfair disparity, as their peers in state-funded schools have these costs covered.

Families of home educated children can have limited financial resources as they are responsible for covering all the costs of their children's education, including textbooks, materials, and tutoring. GCSE exam fees can be substantial, especially for families taking multiple exams, creating a financial barrier that may discourage some home-educated children from pursuing further qualifications. We think that charging fees for GCSE exams for home-educated children creates an unfair disparity.

Require all businesses and public services to accept cash payments

We would like the Government to pass a law that requires the right to pay for goods and services with cash. This could include a legal framework that includes penalties for outlets that refuse cash payment and mandates the maintenance of local cash handling infrastructure by the banking sector.

We believe this is an urgent matter of national security. It has been reported that both Sweden and Norway are reconsidering moving to a cashless society. We think the threat to a cashless society consists of total societal collapse arising from the collapse of digital payment networks or the underlying electrical power networks they depend on. We believe that both systems could be vulnerable to cyber attacks by aggressors and solar storms of Carrington event magnitude.

Allow BN(O)s ETA-free entry

We urge the UK Government to maintain the current practice of allowing BN(O) passport holders to enter the UK without applying for an ETA. We think the ETA system WILL impose unjust restrictions and financial burdens, contradicting prior commitments to BN(O) Hongkongers.

Since BN(O) was created, it has allowed holders to visit the UK without a visa. We think BN(O) holders should be free to enter the UK just as other British Nationals, except for the requirement of immigration controls, consistent with their status and historical practice.
We think the upcoming ETA requirement for BN(O) holders infringes human rights and creates disproportionate hurdles for BN(O) holders entering the UK.
We call on Parliament to repeal ETA requirements for BN(O) holders.

We believe the Government should re-evaulate Cannabis' classification as a class B drug.
Ban all forms of hunting and introduce harsher penalties

We think we need a total ban on all forms of hunting. We also think we need harsher penalties for those who are found guilty of illegal hunting.

We are concerned that there are hunts on live prey still taking place.
Introduce new air quality and PPE rules for health and social care settings

We want the Government to set new rules on air quality and infection control in health and social care settings, to prevent and control airborne infections, with new ventilation and filtration requirements, new PPE standards and staffing rules, and monitoring and inspection to ensure compliance.

Covid and other infectious diseases are spread by airborne aerosols. There are key ways to prevent them, by improving air quality and using well-fitting respiratory masks. Some research has found that reinfection can increase the risk of long-term serious organ damage and care workers having amongst the highest prevalence of long Covid. There are many tools to protect people in health and social care, including improving ventilation/air filtration, reintroducing PPE masks and Covid testing, and supporting ill staff to stay home.

Ban animal testing for human products and medicines

We demand that the Government bans the use of animal testing/experiments for human medicines and products. This means that animal testing could not be used for new drugs, and other scientific methods would need to be used. We believe modern science can replace animal experiments.

Stop killing animals in the name of science. Why test human drugs on rats and dogs? We believe the public is scandalised by the welfare of research animals. Compel all research to be species-specific, evidence based and using modern science. Use modern scientific methods for 100% of the pre-clinical and clinical trial process.

Do not reduce the Right to Buy discount

Stop the reduction of the Right to Buy discount. The Government have said the maximum discount will be reduced to £16,000–£38,000 depending on the tenant's location. We think this is unfair because some people's only way only to get on the housing ladder is via Right to Buy.

We think the Government should look at the ethical side of this, look how it will impact the housing market and look at the long-term effect on people who might have to rent for longer and the impact the economy.

Run a public information campaign on the climate crisis

Communicate clearly:
1) the science behind the climate crisis - how & why for the first time in the last year we've averaged 1.5 degrees above pre-industrial levels
2) the implications of going beyond this and what needs to be done to address it globally, nationally, locally and individually.

We believe that the science is clear and we only have to look outside or watch the news to see extreme weather like wild fires, floods & droughts happening regularly, causing death & loss of crops. We think that MPs and the media treat the climate crisis as a matter of opinion or side-line it, people often express confusion, anxious and resistant to change. We believe a shared understanding led by government is needed to protect, prepare and unite us so we face this unprecedented threat together.

Create a public consultation on freedom of speech and disinformation

We believe that lies, fraud, and media toxicity threaten our way of life. We think new mechanisms are needed to preserve confidence. How else can people know what to trust?

Create a people’s consultation to drive debate on the following areas:
- Safeguarding free expression
- Promoting digital literacy
- Accountability of media platforms
- Accountability of individuals, ministers, the media, and tech
- The effects of AI and algorithms on our national narrative
- Regulation of news publishers
- Potential financial incentives of inciting division

Remove the 28 day time limit from the unduly lenient sentence scheme for murder

I would like the Government to remove the 28-day time limit for applying to the lenient sentence scheme to have a sentence reviewed, for convictions of murder.

Currently the families of murder victims have no recourse against an unduly lenient sentence, if they do not apply within 28 days.
I am campaigning for this change because my sister was murdered in 2013. We believe her killer meets the criteria for a whole life order but he was only given a minimum sentence of 35 years. We believe this is too low, and that we should have the right to apply to have this sentence reviewed.

Don't change inheritance tax relief for working farms

We think that changing inheritance tax relief for agricultural land will devastate farms nationwide, forcing families to sell land and assets just to stay on their property. We urge the government to keep the current exemptions for working farms.

We feel that passing farms through generations is essential to UK farming. Until now, inheritance tax exemptions have made this possible by allowing farmland to pass without taxation. We think that changes to inheritance tax will harm UK farming deeply, with some farmers predicting their families will be forced out within two generations.
We think the government is framing the policy around the targeting of rich landowners, but we believe this policy will affect farming families of all sizes.

Require a, "no confidence," vote on the ballot for all elections/referendums.

To give the people of the UK the option that no candidate/party/issue on the ballot represents their convictions. A "no confidence" vote should encompass general elections, by-elections, local elections, and referendums.

We think it would make the UK a more representative democracy if the people could have a vote of "no confidence" if no candidate/party/issue was deemed acceptable. We believe this is evidenced by low turnout at the recent general election, 59.7%, the lowest general election turnout since 2001. This figure includes the number of spoilt ballots. We believe a, "no confidence," vote would also be a better alternative for those who vote only against a candidate/party/issue to win.

Stop Means Testing Pensioners and increase the State Pension

We demand the government stop means testing pensioners, that we think is a degrading and humiliating practice. We also think the state pension should be increased.
We believe that for too long, our elderly have been portrayed by media as merely burdens on the NHS and the modern welfare state.

We think that the elderly should be entitled to a decent pension and a comfortable lifestyle as many will have already paid into the system for longer than the rest of the population by now. We believe any Government should have a responsibility toward our nation's elderly people.
In the Victorian era, retirement was often only an option for those who had accrued wealth. Are we regressing back to those Dickensian times?
We believe means testing is an abhorrent practice that is demeaning and intrusive.

Referendum on changing the Electoral System To Proportional Representation (PR)

We are petitioning for a National Referendum to decide whether the current electoral system should be RETAINED or REPLACED by a system where the number of MPs each party gets reflects the proportion of votes received nation-wide. Commonly known as “Proportional Representation” or “PR”.

A YouGov poll in January 2024 found that only 26% of people preferred the current FPTP system with 45% preferring PR so we think there is clearly a need for a re-evaluation of our electoral system.
In the latest 2024 General Election the biggest gap on record has emerged between the share of the vote won nationally by parties and the number of seats they have.
We believe most democratic way to decide this matter would be via a National Referendum on Electoral Reform.

Introduce 16 as the minimum age for children to have social media

We believe social media companies should be banned from letting children under 16 create social media accounts.

We think this would help:
1. Stop online bullying
2. Stop children being influenced by false posts
3. Stop children seeing content that encourages violence/could be harmful for their future.
We believe social media is having more of a negative impact to children than a positive one. We think people should be of an age where they can make decisions about their life before accessing social media applications. We believe that we really need to introduce a minimum age of 16 to access social media for the sake of our children’s future along with their mental and physical health.

Exempt all social care providers from the employer NIC increase

We believe the increase in employer National Insurance will put immense pressure on the social care sector, a sector already stretched by funding and staffing issues. We call on the government to review this decision and exempt all social care providers from these added costs.

We think the added NIC expenses would force providers to make difficult choices, leading to wage freezes, cuts in services, even closures. With providers already stretched thin, the impact of this could compromise the quality and availability of care.
Councils may need to cover higher provider fees to ensure services continue, diverting resources. This could create a counterproductive cycle where public funds are funnelled into covering shortfalls instead of building a sustainable care system.

Hold a Public Inquiry into the state pension age change for 1950s women

We believe that women affected by these changes were given inadequate notice of a further wait of up to six years to receive the State Pension. We believe a Public Inquiry is necessary to expose the truth.

We feel that the way in which this case has been handled has not taken into account the views of all campaigners.

We want the Government to restore the Winter Fuel Payment to how it was paid last winter immediately. We are concerned that pensioners could die if MPs do not act, and that the NHS could be under more pressure.

It has been reported that Labour party analysis published in 2017 said plans to cut the fuel allowance for ten million pensioners could increase excess deaths by almost 4,000 that winter.

Introduce a Long-Term Visit Visa for Parents of British Citizens and ILR Holders

We urge the UK Government to create a long-term visit visa for parents of British citizens & ILR holders. This visa would allow extended stays beyond the current six-month limit, with applicants providing proof of private health insurance or paying an NHS surcharge to mitigate public health costs.

Current rules limit parents of British citizens and ILR holders to a six-month stay. This can cause hardship for families needing support with elderly parents or care of children. European nations like Sweden and Denmark offer visas for longer stays, emphasizing family unity. A similar UK visa could help families during key life events. Requiring proof of insurance or an NHS surcharge could ensure financial sustainability while supporting family bonds that enhance citizens’ well-being.

Fund Breast Cancer Screening from Age 40 & Alternative Screening Options

We urge the Government to fund breast cancer screening at 40+, as thousands under 50 are diagnosed yearly. Early screening can save lives and lessen the need for aggressive treatments. Invest in alternative screening, including options for dense breast tissue, to help ensure no one is overlooked.

Screening from 40 could save lives through earlier detection. The U.S. and Australia have earlier screening. Additionally, we call on the Government to promote, encourage, and support the million women who missed their screening invitations in 2021/22, remind newly eligible patients turning 50, re-engage those who have ignored past invites, and promote regular self-checks for early detection in mainstream media.

We would like the Government to negotiate a youth mobility scheme with the EU. We believe this would expand opportunities for school children and young people to take trips, study, teach and volunteer abroad. We think this should include passport and visa free school trips.

A youth mobility scheme could improve travel links for children and young people and reduce barriers to travelling, living and working in Europe for young Brits.
Young people already benefit from youth mobility schemes with other countries. Negotiating a scheme with the EU could be an important step in delivering real change for young people.
We also think that this policy would go a long way in rebuilding our relationship with our European neighbours.

Reduce the maximum decibel limit on fireworks from 120 to 90

We think the current noise limits were likely created based upon neurotypical healthy adults. The limit should take into account neurodiverse people and animals that have higher sensitivity to noise.

We think that reducing the limit to 90 dB would reduce the stress and disruption caused by fireworks for many people and animals.
There are many accounts from dog owners, cat owners and horse owners online about their animals being stressed out, some to the point of injuring themselves. Firework noise can also cause a lot of stress to war veterans or people with PTSD. Quieter fireworks could help minimise the stress the bangs cause. We think a simple change like this could bring relief to many people and animals from firework noise.

Ban driven grouse shooting

Chris Packham, Ruth Tingay and Mark Avery (Wild Justice) believe that driven grouse shooting is bad for people, the environment and wildlife. People; we think grouse shooting is economically insignificant when contrasted with other real and potential uses of the UK’s extensive uplands.

Environment; muirburn contributes to climate breakdown and drainage leads to flooding and erosion. Wildlife; the wholesale extermination of predators has a disastrous impact on the ecology of these areas and the criminal practice of raptor persecution has taken place.
Increase Carer's Allowance to equal minimum wage

Carer's Allowance is currently £327.60 every 4 weeks for people who care for someone for at least 35 hours per week. Around £2.34 p/hour.

The national minimum wage for people over 21 is £11.44 p/hour which would be around £400 per week. Carers Allowance is a taxable benefit and is counted as income for other benefits like Universal Credit.
A recent study has shown that unpaid carers in England and Wales contribute £445 million to the economy every day – that’s £162 billion per year. The study says that the value of unpaid care is equivalent to a second NHS in England and Wales. Despite this, carers receive Carers Allowance which amounts to £4,258.80 per year. Because it is taxable, it is effectively treated as a wage when claiming other benefits, which many carers have to do to survive.

Ban fossil fuel advertising and sponsorship

Advertisements encourage the use of products and sponsorship promotes a positive reputation & creates a social licence of trust & acceptability. In 2003 a ban on all tobacco advertising was introduced and has arguably worked. I believe continued fossil fuel usage will kill more people than smoking.

Fossil fuel advertising has a history of ‘greenwashing’ and a recent report identifies £4bn+ spent by FF companies on 205 active sports sponsorship deals. There is plenty of evidence that FF must be rapidly phased out to mitigate the worst impacts of climate breakdown. I think that preventing the companies’ efforts to enhance their social capital and normalise their activities would proactively help address the climate crisis and mitigate future harm to human health.

Adapt EYFS and KS1 Literacy Curriculums to be inclusive for Non-Verbal children

We want the current phonics screening test, the early years and the Key Stage 1 curriculum frameworks to be adapted to make them inclusive for children with oral communication challenges.

Some children can read even if they cannot speak; reading and speaking are not synonymous. The current phonics screening test measures speech, not the ability to read. Several EYFS and KS1 milestones require children to “read aloud” or “compose a sentence orally”, to meet success criteria. By not allowing alternative forms of communication, we risk placing a limit on their learning. Schools need guidance and support to provide inclusive learning for all.

Don't put an extra duty on vape products

We think that putting duty on vaping products of £2.20 per 10ml will lead to people smoking again. This is adding potentially £22 per 100ml liquid on top of the price. We think this is extremely excessive. We think it's an unfair duty on a product that contains no tobacco.

Smoking cessation products like patches and gum are subject to 5% VAT. Vaping is a popular smoking cessation product and is already subject to 20% VAT. We believe that making vaping more expensive, in part to reduce access to young people using them, is just putting a plaster on the problem. We think the issue is with rogue sellers and anyone selling to minors, not prices.

Support families by bringing nannies into the 15/30 hours free childcare scheme

We would like the government to support more families by including Ofsted nannies in the 15/30 hours free childcare scheme. Nannies are a critical pillar of the childcare sector and their inclusion could maximise the options available to working parents and drive UK productivity.

We believe working practices demand flexible childcare and nannies uniquely meet these needs. For example, they may often be the only childcare solution for families with special needs.
Including Ofsted nannies in the scheme could drive the UK’s productivity by helping more families secure and afford the flexible and professional childcare they need.
Engaging another valuable childcare resource could also reduce the pressure on struggling nurseries, enhancing the scheme's overall efficiency.”

Only certain DA offences like coercive control, are exempt from the scheme. Abusers convicted of violent crimes like Actual Bodily Harm or threats to kill could be eligible.

I urge the government to revise the SDS40 scheme and implement the following protections:
- Identify Domestic Abuse Offenders: Ensure all domestic abuse offenders, regardless of offence, are registered to prevent early release.
- Mandatory Exclusion: Deny early release for any violent offender under a restraining order to protect the victim.
- Enable Probation Intervention: Allow probation officers to refer cases if early release may endanger victims.

I believe to better protect the public from offenders, the Government should legislate to require dating apps and websites to make it mandatory for users to undergo ID and DBS checks to open an account, and require them to implement permanent bans on users who have committed violent offences.

I believe that the ability for violent offenders and abusers to be able to use false names to speak to women on dating sites is dangerous and a massive flaw in relation to the Domestic Violence Disclosure Scheme, as many people would not be able to actively check the person’s criminal history with incorrect information. If mandatory ID and DBS checks happened before allowing a user to create an account, abusers could be banned from using these apps and they would have to reveal their real name.

Introduce a compensation scheme for WASPI women

In March 2024, the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman said 1950s-born women were owed financial redress and an apology due to DWP maladministration.
The Ombudsman’s findings were backed by the cross-party Work and Pensions Select Committee, hundreds of MPs and, according to our polling, 68% of the public. However, only the Government has the power to put this injustice right.

End the Badger cull and adopt other approaches to bovine TB control

The Government’s TB Eradication Strategy allows the continued killing of badgers, a protected species, until the end of this Parliament, despite the Labour manifesto calling the cull “ineffective.”
We believe the badger cull is unjustified and must end.

Some research has suggested culling results in a reduction in bovine TB (bTB) in cattle. However, there are concerns about the methodology used. Other research, which has been peer reviewed and published, shows no evidence that culling badgers reduces confirmed bTB in cattle. Over 230,000 badgers — many healthy — have been killed, disrupting ecosystems without solid scientific justification.
We call for an immediate end to the cull and the implementation of cattle focused measures to control bTB, rather than what we see as scapegoating wildlife.

2) the implications of going beyond this and what needs to be done to address it globally, nationally, locally and individually.

We believe that the science is clear and we only have to look outside or watch the news to see extreme weather like wild fires, floods & droughts happening regularly, causing death & loss of crops.
Don't change inheritance tax relief for working farms

We think that changing inheritance tax relief for agricultural land will devastate farms nationwide, forcing families to sell land and assets just to stay on their property. Until now, inheritance tax exemptions have made this possible by allowing farmland to pass without taxation. We believe this is evidenced by low turnout at the recent general election, 59.7%, the lowest general election turnout since 2001. This figure includes the number of spoilt ballots.
Stop Means Testing Pensioners and increase the State Pension

We demand the government stop means testing pensioners, that we think is a degrading and humiliating practice. We also think the state pension should be increased.

We believe any Government should have a responsibility toward our nation's elderly people.

Negotiate a youth mobility scheme with the EU

Allow parents to take their children out of school for up to 10 days fine free.

We’re seeking reform to the punitive policy for term time leave that disproportionately impacts families that are already under immense pressure and criminalises parents that we think are making choices in the best interests of their families. No family should face criminal convictions!

The data that the DfE has published are statistics based on what we consider is a very weak correlation between school attendance and attainment, but they have failed entirely to consider causation. The SEND issues have also been ignored, and we believe some children are being discriminated against due to the strict guidelines that have been put in place. Many children with SEND do have a disability, and are therefore protected under the Equality Act. We are calling for reform of legislation on taking children out of school urgently.

Hold a referendum on re-joining the European Union

I want the government to hold a referendum on whether the UK should Rejoin the European Union.

I agree with the government that our country needs growth to get the funding needed to help fix our public services and meet our housing needs.
Rejoining the EU, some research says, would grow the economy by far more than other methods and more quickly.
There is a generation who couldn't vote in 2016 and we think now want their say.
So let's test this issue, with a referendum.

We believe it's time to provide an opportunity to implement immediate and meaningful measures to address what we see as an abhorrently destructive practice so that recovery of moorlands can progress.

Embed food, farming, and sustainability education into the national curriculum

We are calling on the government to integrate comprehensive food, farming, and sustainability education into the national curriculum, making these subjects core to students’ learning from early years through secondary school.

This gap deprives students of an understanding of how their actions impact the environment, health, and society. Practical education connecting students to these issues could improve academic engagement and provide life skills essential for resilience.
We believe that embedding sustainability within the curriculum will align our educational standards with global goals, fostering environmental responsibility and stewardship.

Stop the Early Release of all Domestic Abusers Under the SDS40 Scheme

Some domestic abusers are being released early, causing severe distress for victims & destabilising their safety and recovery.

I believe that these protections are essential to safeguarding victims.

Limit the sale and use of Fireworks to licence holders only

Fireworks killed our mum, Josephine Smith.
Her home was attacked using fireworks. We believe the use of fireworks after sale to the public cannot be policed.
We think all displays should be licensed and sales limited to licence holders only.

Improved regulations on the sale and use of fireworks are backed by a wide range of MPs, charities and organisations and has huge public support.
The distress and trauma caused is very well known to the medical profession, emergency services, human and animal welfare groups AND the Government.
WE are asking the new government not to ignore the problem. It’s time to put the welfare of the vulnerable first.

Require dating apps to ensure ID and DBS checks on users & ban violent offenders

Apply for the UK to join the European Union as a full member as soon as possible

I believe joining the EU would boost the economy, increase global influence, improve collaboration and provide stability & freedom. I believe that Brexit hasn't brought any tangible benefit and there is no future prospect of any, that the UK has changed its mind and that this should be recognised.

I think the Single Market would bring inward investment, frictionless trade and economic growth benefiting industry and consumers alike.
Full membership could also amplify the UK’s voice on the global stage, allowing it to influence EU policy and regulations, including trade, security and environment.
Joining the EU could provide access to science & research projects and give UK citizens the right to live, work & study across member states, enhancing cultural exchange & personal opportunities.
