Version 0.3.1-Alpha

This is a large release that includes a very big UI revamp and big structural changes to the application itself, the original source code was scrapped in favor of using a separate .ui file for visual changes. This version also now includes a CHANGELOG.md for lists of direct changes to the code. Added new instructions on how to compile. As well as a To do list. New building blocks for the backend have been added for later implementation.
