Seems like newer version of mpich (after #1741 got merged) used in ubuntu 20.04 image is causing some issues with older version of heaptrack (1.1.80)

Using newer version of Ubuntu solved the initial issue, but with updated version of Heaptrack, they removed one option from heaptrack_print (--flamegraph-cost-type allocated). This needs to be fixed.

I've rerun latest (failed) run with the changes made to build-stats repo https://github.com/DARMA-tasking/vt/runs/6493356594?check_suite_focus=true
Seems to be fixed.
