背景：VPS挂载云盘后，自然要创建一个新的存储策略，于是上传时选择策略ID就很重要，当前插件没有这个功能。
修改了 index.js 的一些代码，具体改动请看commit。
替换了README的失效图片链接，取代的是仓库根目录下的img里的图片，使用相对路径引入。
增加了README中存储策略ID的相关介绍。
