Placeholder for a decision proposal outlining the scope of a risk-based authentication and identity proofing framework and threat and attack model for the Data Standards. Further details are available in Future Plan Item 48.

A decision proposal will be posted here once developed. In the meantime any feedback suggestions for inclusion in the decision proposal are welcome.
