Description
The Data Standards Body has a new website: https://dsb.gov.au/ we would like to ensure legacy links are updated to reflect the new site. Redirects are in place to catch older links as a back up. The CX Guidelines has also moved across to the new domain.

Related Work Items
- Update side menu link of "Consumer Data Standards Home" text to "Data Standards Body Home". Change the link to point to: https://dsb.gov.au/ instead of the older link.
- Update side menu link of "CX Guidelines" to: https://cx.dsb.gov.au/
- Update under "Consumer Experience" the link for CX Guidelines to https://cx.dsb.gov.au/
