webOS: Sampler doesn't reflect that new web app was launched

With android, launch web app. Note Send message is active.
With iOS, launch web app. note send message is active and works on iOS - but also active on Android.

Attempt to send message on android - it doesn't work. If you join, then you can send message.

Jeremy - is this an SDK bug or sampler bug? if sampler, please assign to Chris and 1.3.1 release.

Just for reference, here are the steps to reproduce:

1. On Android
   • launch web app
   • close web app
   • launch web app
2. On iOS
   • launch web app
3. On Android
   • Send message (doesn't work)
   • Close (does work, but not sure why)
