Once we're done with the current 1.3.0 release and Gutenberg's Gradient Control is out in the open, we can use that in our plugin.

This adds the gradient picker control and implements it in Section
block. It closes Codeinwp#132

For the sake of backward compatibility and more options, we've built our own control instead of using the core one.
