[CHE-53] Update Profiles Page To Display Profile Pics

Description

This ticket is part of CHE-2 Create Profile Page story and adds functionality to the profile thumbs to display profile pics if present and also updates the getAllProfiles controller to obtain presignedURLs before return profile info to the front end.
