- Rebuilt Banner test file to include tests for new logout button
- added state mock for App component testing and updated mock states for both App and AuthenticatedApp to reflect actual initial state.
- added error property to user initial state.
… adjusted mock states to accurately reflect initial states, added error property in userSlice state
