This PR:
rho_ae_KH/rho_ae_KM, which are cell face fields. Since ClimaCore fields explicitly require the correct index type, I suspect that we may find more of these as we convert more fields. It's still non-behavior changing sincekc_surface(grid) == kf_surface(grid).EnvironmentVariable_2mstruct
