It looks like the Langmuir turbulence example is broken (the video generated in the documentation is blank and it does not run on my computer). I think it may be these two lines where the halo regions for each variable are manually removed, but Oceananigans seems to have already extracted those halo regions. This causes the variable and coordinate arrays to be different sizes, leading to a plotting error.

w = file["timeseries/w/$iter"][2:end-1, 2:end-1, 2:end-1]
u = file["timeseries/u/$iter"][2:end-1, 2:end-1, 2:end-1]
