Purpose of change
While it seems that for charges, the volume defines the whole collection of charges, the weight is just 1 charge.
Describe the solution
Changes the weight to 26mg, which leads to a density of 1.04kg/L, which is close enough to 1.06kg/L that wikipedia says. At 27 it's just 1.08kg/L.
