Purpose of change
The lamellar cuirass was dated and bad this makes it more interesting and gives it a niche.
Describe the solution
The lamelar cuirass now doesn't have massive encumbrance and removed the cotton that for some reason was included in this item. Instead it now has better coverage, and I simulate overlapping panels with having an additional 40% chance of getting double material on any attack. To compensate for its mediocre coverage, but high skill to construct this item is very lightweight.
