Purpose of change
In content I consume I was noticing people running combo pouch + mag containers on plate carriers like
I thought this would be a cool addition so I went looking. Turns out high end plate carriers just have a tuck pouch for mags behind the molle rigging. So I'm adding the magazine nook as a pocket for the Light Ballistic Vest.
Describe the solution
Added a pocket with the specs from https://www.rothco.com/product/rothco-lightweight-plate-carrier-vest
Holds 3 30 round stanags.

Loaded the game and it works and holds mags
