Balance "Martial Art Balance Update: Tiger Kung Fu"
Purpose of change
Partially implements #51949
Updates the martial arts style: Tiger Kung Fu
Describe the solution
Current Buffs, Techniques, and Special Abilities
Tiger Kung Fu is the "glass cannon" of the unarmed martial art styles. It should do the high damage but have no defense. Sadly, it hasn't been living up to that name. Part of the reason is because you had to "ramp up" the damage using Tiger Fury while other styles just started with more damage. While this is happening, you are getting hit and hurt waiting for Tiger Kung Fu to become good enough to fight with. If you can fully stack the Tiger Fury, you become dangerous but it was too much of a risk to do so.
New Buffs, Techniques, and Special Abilities
Important Changes
All techniques have +25% damage bonus
All techniques start out powerful and Tiger Fury has been adjusted to +5% damage with +1 Accuracy that stacks 3 times. The damage is overall the same but you get access to it MUCH faster.
Tiger Rampage updated
Rather than being a OnCrit buff, Tiger Ramage is now a Wide crit technique that lets you hit multiple targets at once if they are next to each other. This drastically improves the players chance against multiple opponents by letting you spread damage out quickly.
Tiger Palm updated
Tiger Palm is now a crit ok technique that fills the gap of a needed technique if Tiger Takedown cannot be used because the enemy is downed or if their are not enough enemies close by to use Tiger Rampage. The fact that it has armor penetration is a nice way to rub salt in the wounds of your enemies.
Added Grab Break
Lastly, I made a small concession on the "glass" part of the style by giving it a Grab Break with the idea that holding down an angry tiger is really hard to do. Not being grabbed as much should make the style a bit safer.
Gameplay
Kill or be killed, only now you got a good shot at taking enemies out before they can do too much to you. It still helps to focus on the weaker enemies first to redue the amount of attacks coming your way. If you can setup on a weaker enemy as a stronger one approaches, you can meet them with a full powered Tiger Fury and tear them apart. Still, don't bite off more than you can chew!
Describe alternatives you've considered
40% constant damage is the upper limit on what a style is allow to have. I went through a bunch of other techniques and buff ideas to make the style more dangerous while keeping the defense to a minimum but I always came back to the status effects of the style and ramping of damage. I think these new additions should make the style worth the risk of having little defense.
