Purpose of change
Partially implements #51949
Updates the martial arts style: Leopard Kung Fu
Describe the solution
Current Buffs, Techniques, and Special Abilities
Of all the styles I rebalanced, this is the one that always stuck out to me as being subpar and not fulfilling its purpose. In real life, Leopard Kung Fu is the speed version of Tiger Kung Fu. All offense using speed and little defense. I rebalanced the style with a "stalking cat" sort of theme but even that didn't pan out. Moving twice for 25% damage is bad. At best, you can start fights with it but doing in combat is not worth it at all.
New Buffs, Techniques, and Special Abilities
Important Changes
Focused on Critical Hits
Gone is the old "stalking cat" theme and now the style is all about Critical Hits. Dexterity boosts the chance to crit by a lot and the rapid technique and feint exist solely to give you more chances to crit.
Fast Critical Hits
Nearly all your crits have some sort of speed bonus attached to them. You can hit a lot and overwhelm your opponent.
Critical Hit reliance
You don't have much in the way of defense and you NEED critical hits to win fights. If you can't crit, you are going to be in trouble. Furthermore, there isn't too much in the way of bonus damage. You need Leopard Pounce for the big enemies and if you can't break through with that technique, you are not going to win.
Gameplay
You are really quick but you need critical hits to be effective. Increase Dexterity as much as possible and focus on taking enemies out one at a time. Weak enemies should be easy but stronger enemies could be a problem. If you are not doing enough damage with your critical hits, you might want to switch to a different style to continue to fight. Don't get yourself killed doing something that doesn't work!
Describe alternatives you've considered
This style was radically changed from what I had it as originally. I will be watching the style closely to make sure it works but isn't overpowered. I also thought about adding a technique that could trigger a new type of buff but decided against it due to the complexity of how the new buff would work.
