SUMMARY: Content "New sidequest: Clear a leech bloom for Hub 01 "

Purpose of change

Expand Hub 01 mission chain.

Describe the solution

Help the mercenary clear the nearby Radio tower from a leech bloom

Describe alternatives you've considered

Make the player do it without any help.

Testing

Can playtest the quest.

Ocasionally, this crashes when you return to the Hub with the NPC mercenarty following, specially when the Free Merchant caravan load. Seems to be dependent on when the save is loaded, sometimes the crash happens when you get close, and other times you can approach and leave the area as many times you want without it ever happening.

Its pretty bad, but I dont have the tools or knowledge to actually investigate what could be causing this issue.

Additional context

Npc does owe you a favor after this, but you cant exchange it yet.

Crashing issue was seemingly fixed by #41279

So this can probably be merged already.
