Purpose of change
When combined with #40875 fixes #40193
Without the other pull request this fixes only items inside items on ground.
Insulated containers do not insulate.
Now they do.

Multiply the insulation with insulation of this item for processing the contents of this item.

Testing
Items inside containers on ground get correct insulation.
Additional context
Due to #40868 this will not fix items inside items carried by player without the other pull request.
