Summary

SUMMARY: Interface "Installable, not dirty, bionics in inventory are always green"

Purpose of change

Sterile bionics were always dark grey. Having many bionics installed it's hard to know if found bionic is something new that could be installed.

Describe the solution

Dirty bionics are always brown - as before.
Installable bionics are always green, no matter if packed or not, sterile or not.
Bionics that could be installed but there are no slots (mod) are red - as before.
Other sterile ones are dark grey. - as before
All other are default color - as before.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Nothing.

Testing

Checked bionics in all states.

Additional context

There was cyan color in code but conditions were never met.
