SUMMARY: Balance "lowers spawn rates of mi-go around encampments, fixes delayed spawn date"
Purpose of change
Significantly lowered the amount of mi-go spawning at the encampment. It's about 60% less right now. I've changed most of the stronger mi-go to spawn later, at day 35 but this may be bugged, see #33518. Note: the mi-go guard has a weaker version of the beam weapon, and spawns on day one still.
Describe the solution
Added densities to the mi-go spawns and also adjusted each types chances for spawning. I've fixed the delayed spawn date for slavers (35 days) and scouts (35 days) and myrmidon (45 days).
Describe alternatives you've considered
I've considered waiting to post this PR until the bug is resolved, but it can be useful for the bug hunters as a test. Also, nerfing the spawn rate is important for balance.
