Describe the bug

When you use an electric firestarter to start a fire, none of the charges are used and it remains at the same charge level prior to starting the fire. This was tested using: light, light (high capacity), light disposable, and light plutonium fuel batteries.

UPS Behavior
With a UPS mod attached to it, it does not seem to function stating there are not enough charges despite having a fully charged UPS in my inventory.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Make a player with an electric firestarter, compatible battery (light) or UPS, and UPS conversion mod.
  2. Set fire to any flammable item or object.
  3. Look at electric firestarter charge.

Expected behavior

After using the electric firestarter to start a fire some of the electric charge should be consumed.

  • Game Version: [Most recent experimental, 0.E-1830-g14d8da3]
  • Graphics version: [Tiles]
  • Ingame language: [English]
