Make "this task is too simple to train [skill] beyond [number]" only show once per craft. #34077

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Crafting a hammer or 20 units of clean water fills the action log with "this task is too simple to train [skill] beyond [number]." Beyond just being mildly annoying this can end up drowning out more important notices such as monster movement or notations of lost crafting progress.

Describe the solution you'd like
Only show the "this task is too simple to train [skill] beyond [number]" notification once when starting to craft something, and maybe when resuming an in-progress craft.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I've been notified that there is a "hide similar messages" option, but I feel like it would end up preventing messages I do want to see multiple times such as door thumps from showing up for the time that I may set it for. Plus, the crafting-related notification spam I mentioned above is over a course of minutes which covers hundreds of turns (if I'm understanding how this works correctly).
