Fix IE11 scrolling issue

Currently scrolling on IE11 results in contents flashing back and forth.

Does anyone have knowledge on how this should be solved?

Once I was issued on a task just like this and after discussing it with our CTO he came to the conclusion that this is the way IE11 renders content and thus is a technical limitations no one can do anything about.

It is very well possible that is the case. Does @jussiarpalahti or @vikoivun have any clue what is causing It?

I was reported that scrolling doesn't work at all for a random IE11 user. Don't know if the problem can be reproduced.

Apparently this is due to the header bar persisting at the top. IE11 gets all confused, trying to render the scrolling while also rendering the persistent header bar.

This issue continues even after hiding the fixed elements with inspector... I tried to ask about this issue in stackoverflow with no success and I'm clueless with no idea how to solve this :/
