What was done

• Change the latest news card and minimal layouts to have different links and texts since they are used on different parts of the site.

How to install

• Make sure your instance is up and running on correct branch.
  • git checkout UHF-10452_latest_news_link_modification
  • make fresh
• Run make drush-cr

How to test

• Check that minimal version of latest news paragraph links to "/news" url and cards version of the same paragraph links to "/news/search-for-news" and that the links in question have different texts: "Search for news" for the cards version and "See what's new" for the minimal version.
• Check that code follows our standards

• This feature has been documented/the documentation has been updated
• This change doesn't require updates to the documentation

Translations

• Translations have been added to .po -files and included in this PR
