UHF-9963

What was done

• Styled both AI-recommendations block and the old You might be interested in block on news page to use the new design.

How to install

• Make sure your instance is up and running on correct branch. Also make sure that your database dump is fairly recent so that you have the AI recommendations on the database already.
  • git checkout UHF-9963
• Update the HDBT theme
  • composer require drupal/hdbt:dev-UHF-9963
• Run make drush-cim drush-locale-update drush-cr

How to test

• Go to block settings page https://helfi-etusivu.docker.so/fi/admin/structure/block and enable the "AI powered recommendations" block on the Content region.
• Now go to any news node page and you should see two recommendation blocks on the bottom of the page. First one is the AI one and the second one is tag-based one without other recommendation logic. They both should look the same but the content is probably different.
• The layout of the blocks should follow the style here: https://www.figma.com/design/v5YC5vwdlXr1N8RaZ9SMPO/Hel.fi-Ajankohtaissis%C3%A4ll%C3%B6t-(Uutiset)?node-id=1024-43615&t=ZkNtktsVwHn1ItMF-0 with the exception that the arrows will be remove on this ticket: https://helsinkisolutionoffice.atlassian.net/browse/UHF-9866 and the image style is converted to responsive image style on this ticket: https://helsinkisolutionoffice.atlassian.net/browse/UHF-10191
