What was done

• Change the news item teaser layout to user card component

How to install

• Make sure your front page instance is up and running on UHF-9914 branch.
  • git fetch && git checkout UHF-9914
• Update the HDBT theme
  • composer require drupal/hdbt:dev-UHF-9914
• Run make fresh

How to test

• First go view the front page of the front page node here https://helfi-etusivu.docker.so/fi/ and make sure the latest news block on it looks normal and is not broken.
• Now go to edit the front page of the front page here https://helfi-etusivu.docker.so/fi/node/17/edit. It should have Latest news (supported in other languages) paragraph added to the content region and you now should have an option to select on it: Design. Select the Cards option and save the page.
• Check that the block is now following this layout: https://www.figma.com/file/v5YC5vwdlXr1N8RaZ9SMPO/Hel.fi-Ajankohtaissis%C3%A4ll%C3%B6t-(Uutiset)?type=design&node-id=988%3A41005&mode=design&t=2ls8AnFf2TTj0kn4-1
• Now go back to edit the front page https://helfi-etusivu.docker.so/fi/node/17/edit and change the Design to Minimal option. Save the page.
• The latest news block should look similar to what it looks like on production https://www.hel.fi/fi
• Now go to the news archive here https://helfi-etusivu.docker.so/fi/uutiset and disable javascript. The fallback news archive should be visible now. Check that the news listing looks the same as the react version of the listing (I changed the news item to use card layout so it affects here as well).
• Check that code follows our standards
