UHF-9321

What was done

• Added required content-tags--card classes for the tags that were still missing it.
• NOTICE! Based on the UHF-9132 branch.

How to install

• Make sure your instance is up and running on latest dev branch.
  • git pull origin dev
  • make fresh
• Update the HDBT theme
  • composer require drupal/hdbt:dev-UHF-9321
• Run make drush-cr

How to test

• You need to check this one in multiple instances and make sure that the tags don't have extra padding when used in card-content and latest news paragraph.
• First take KYMP-instance. There is a separate PR for that instance and it is linked below. Check out the branch and this branch for HDBT and go to https://helfi-kymp.docker.so/fi/kaupunkiymparisto-ja-liikenne/kaupunkisuunnittelu-ja-rakentaminen/suunnitelmat-ja-rakennushankkeet to test that district & project search has the tags on the cards in react and backup-listing correctly aligned. The tags should align with the text and not have a extra padding on the left (and right).
• Next take any instance that has latest news block with the tags. For example SOTE has it here: https://helfi-sote.docker.so/fi/sosiaali-ja-terveyspalvelut. Check the same thing with the alignment as before.
• Next check SOTE unit-search https://helfi-sote.docker.so/fi/sosiaali-ja-terveyspalvelut/terveydenhoito/terveysasemat and from there try to find a unit with Swedish language support and they should have the tag visible on the card. On page three of the search list there should be some.
• You could also the that the unit page that has the same tag on the actual page works as well for example here: https://helfi-sote.docker.so/fi/sosiaali-ja-terveyspalvelut/terveydenhoito/terveysasemat/munkkiniemen-terveysasema
• The you could check the REKRY instance next with the job listing search https://helfi-rekry.docker.so/fi/avoimet-tyopaikat/etsi-avoimia-tyopaikkoja. Same thing as before - check that the tags are aligned nicely with the text.
• You could also the that the job listing page that has the same tag on the actual page works as well for example here: https://helfi-rekry.docker.so/fi/avoimet-tyopaikat/avoimet-tyopaikat/palke-02-302-23
• As a last task you could check the front page instance news item page that the tags there are aligned nicely as well for example here: https://helfi-etusivu.docker.so/fi/uutiset/riskiryhmaan-kuuluvat-varanneet-yli-40-000-rokotusaikaa-rokotteita-saa-myos-ilman-ajanvarausta
• Check that code follows our standards
