UHF-8070: fix heading styles with hds

UHF-8070

What was done

• Remove normalize styles injected by HDS from DOM.
• Don't load places filter values when filter is not added to paragraph.

How to install

• Make sure SOTE instance is up and running on latest dev branch.
  • git pull origin dev
  • make fresh
• Update the HDBT theme
  • composer require drupal/hdbt:dev-UHF-8070-fix-heading-styles-with-hds
• Run make drush-cr

How to test

• Go to page https://helfi-sote.docker.so/fi/sosiaali-ja-terveyspalvelut/tapahtumahaun-testisivu
• Add hero with H1 heading to the page
• Check that H1 is using the correct font size (4rem/64px)
• Test does H1 HDS styles flash before those are removed. Test as anonymous user.
• Test H1 styles also with other pages that have event search e.g. https://helfi-sote.docker.so/fi/sosiaali-ja-terveyspalvelut/senioripalvelut/palvelukeskukset
• Check that search work with and without locations filter
• Check that code follows our standards
