• Adjusted the terms of service link styles on search monitor a bit

How to install

• Make sure your rekry instance is up and running on this feature branch.
  • git fetch && git checkout UHF-X_search-monitor-terms-layout-fix
• Update the HDBT theme
  • composer require drupal/hdbt:dev-UHF-X_search-monitor-terms-layout-fix
• Run make drush-cr

How to test
