Changes made:

  • Modified the script to directly target the "ChrisTitus - Ultimate Power Plan" instead of using the general Ultimate Performance GUID for checking and deleting.

  • Updated the code to use the specific GUID (381b4222-f694-41f0-9685-ff5bb260df2e) for the Balanced power plan, ensuring compatibility across different Windows languages.

  • This change eliminates dependency on the localized name of the Balanced plan, making the script more robust in diverse language environments.

I will try on a fresh install on a VM in the 1/2 weeks :/ , you are on powershell 5 and w10 or w11 ?
