Making all the front end design of the website first

We need to develop the site and as both of the developers for this project also have obligations so we need to have a quickstart we have not yet made the SRS but still we are on the development based aspect.

So The first thing that is important is to make the front end of the website and connect it simply under Django webframework by

defining the views.py , urls.py
