Retains any customized dns-introducers, bootstrap/static peers for the seeder, and full node static peers so that when switching back to the network in the future, those values are restored.
If on mainnet now, running
chia-tools network switch testnet11and thenchia-tools network switch mainnetresults in the same customized mainnet values that may have been in the config previously.
