SampleData/kml/facilities/facilities.kml has broken image link

Clicking on an entity loaded by SampleData/kml/facilities/facilities.kml has a broken image link. This data was provided by AGI at once point and we use a URL that is no longer valid.

We should either point to an updated icon, embed it in the SampleData and use a local path, or use different data.

Probably download a copy of the logo and include it in Sampledata.
