Immediately triggers a save and server shutdown that erases any region that doesn't meet at least one of the two criteria above. There are no warnings given, no countdowns, and it does not look for in-progress events like a blood moon.

shutdownba \<minutes\> resetunclaimed

The normal 'shutdownba' is a more feature-filled way of shutting down/rebooting the server, including a countdown timer, and the ability to avoid accidentally rebooting during a bloodmoon. Adding the 'resetunclaimed' parameter at the end also triggers the erasure of any region that doesn't meet one of the two the criteria above.
Marked regions or unclaimed regions can be reset with those commands immediately. No reboot is needed for the operation.
