This PR introduces information about the I/O of variables in the log events of kind VarDef.

Looks good to me 👍

I was able to use the new io attribute of var_def to add more information on the log event visualizer -- see the PR.

Unfortunately, I was unable to use the packages locally with yarn link. So, I needed to publish new version :/

I validate the changes in the OCaml code, but the changes in french_law/js (most likely in 1ffc7a2) seem to be confusing the CI.

Let's merge this and pray the CI on master works anyway ?
