To Fix a Star

This release introduced proper support for solar panels/ramscoops and varied gain from those on different types of stars (which was introduced in vanilla "Endless Sky", but ommited from this plugin, by accident). Enjoy running on solar power!

This is a small bugfix release - star m8 was having some leftover border part, that were now fixed (removed).
