Fix the following issues with exports in version 6.0 (for a hotfix)

Include only the most recent MarkExperimentPointTime for a given student enrollment (currently all mark instances from 'monitored_decision_point' are exported, resulting in many near-duplicate rows)
Fix the metric log columns - For an experiment export, only include columns for metrics that have a defined query in that experiment; make sure data corresponding to each metric (if it exists) is in the right column.
