Licenses in source files are inconsistent with the contents of COPYING

Hello,

In version 3.3.1, the COPYING file indicates that the code in goby-io is licensed under LGPL-3. Yet, many of the source files that are included by goby-io/pom.xml are licensed under GPL-3, see for instance goby-distribution/src/main/java/org/campagnelab/goby/algorithmic/compression/FastArithmeticCoderPlus.java.

Could you please consider licensing all files included in goby-io.jar under LGPL?
